The Level 3 Retail Workplace course

Students will learn and demonstrate, selling skills and strategies.  They will learn how to promote features and benefits, overcome customer objections by offering solutions, active listening and questioning skills to enable them to meet the customers needs and closing the sale techniques.  Students will research and gain product knowledge of goods sold within their chosen workplace store.
